Bray Constructions has been building homes since 1994. We are a family-run home builder working across Melbourne’s inner south, inner east, and bayside, with experience in new homes, renovations, extensions, and major home transformations.
For more than thirty years, we have worked on homes of different ages, sizes, and levels of complexity, always with the same focus: building something people are proud to live in.
We bring the planning, design, permits, construction, and finishing details together through one team. That includes architects, designers, engineers, project managers, and long-standing trades who understand the standard expected on a Bray project.

We explain what is happening, what needs your input, and who to speak to when questions arise. At the same time, we take care of the coordination: planning, permits, documentation, trades, construction, and the details that affect quality, timing, and the final result.
