Bray Constructions has been building homes since 1994. We work on new homes, renovations, extensions, and major home transformations across Melbourne’s inner south, inner east, and bayside. The work brings together planning, design, permits, construction, and the finishing details that make a home complete.

We are a family-run home builder with a strong focus on quality, service and standards. Every project is managed with care, from the first conversation to handover, so the finished home is not only beautiful, but properly built and carefully completed.

Welcome to Bray Constructions.

My name is Nev Bray and I created Bray Constructions in 1994, after having spent the previous two decades as a master builder, building for Melbourne’s bespoke architects. My passion for building and creating beautiful homes for people, was born from a fundamental commitment that has been a mainstay of Bray Constructions over the last three decades, providing service, quality and integrity for my customers.

The Bray team, many of who have been with Bray Constructions for the three decades, share the same passion for service, quality and integrity for our customers.
