This Keysborough project is a complete Bray transformation. While the original footprint of the home was retained, every internal and external area was replaced, reworked or refurbished, giving the former 1970s brick veneer home an entirely new appearance and function.
The kitchen features premium Blum hardware, De Dietrich appliances, a feature splashback and a three-dimensional timber detail to the island bench. Two-pack painted cabinetry and stone benchtops complete the space, which the owners described as “beautifully thought out and wonderful to use.”
The indoor living areas flow directly to the pavilion, swimming pool and rear verandah, all positioned on the same level to create a seamless setting for entertaining. The transformation also introduced reverse-cycle air conditioning, Grey Ironbark flooring and new double-glazed windows and doors.
Externally, the cement-tiled roof was replaced with Colorbond roofing, while the first floor received new weatherboards together with rendered and bagged finishes. Hard and soft landscaping completed the project, giving the tired original home a completely renewed character and a new lease of life.
