The narrow site presented specific challenges throughout both the design and construction of this Elsternwick project. At approximately five metres wide, access was extremely limited, requiring every material and item to be moved onto and off the site by hand without the use of machinery.
Over a nine-month build, the aged and neglected property was transformed into a clean, modern and well-resolved home. The completed design makes effective use of the limited space while providing the comfort and functionality required for contemporary living.
