WHY WORK WITH BRAY CONSTRUCTIONS
The Standards We Bring to Every Project
Experience and Expertise
We have worked on renovations, extensions and major home transformations across Melbourne’s bayside, inner south and inner east. That experience helps us understand the existing structure, site conditions, approvals, trades and details that affect the final result.
Clear Communication
We explain what is happening, what is coming next and what needs to be decided. You stay involved in the important decisions, without being left to manage the renovation yourself.
Collaborative Approach
We can work with your architect, designer and consultants, or help bring the right people together if the project is still early. The aim is to keep the design, documentation and build coordinated.
Quality Workmanship
We build to a high standard across every part of the home. That includes the waterproofing, framing, site management and work behind the walls, not only the finishes you see at the end.
Customer Care
Service, quality and integrity, that is who Bray Constructions are. We are available, clear and transparent with you through the project, and we collaborate with you when something needs to be addressed.

Bray have transformed our 3 bed, 1 bath single story unit into a 5 bed, 2 bath double story unit and modernised it and it looks fantastic. We picked Bray on recommendation from a friend and because we wanted a builder who partnered with an interior designer (wonderful Innate Home - Marlo) who could work together seamlessly to deliver what we wanted. The team at Bray were fantastic through each step of the process as first time renovators and very accommodating of changes and challenges. We were kept informed at every step of the process and they always took the time to patiently and warmly answer any and all questions. Unforseen issues were detailed properly so we could make informed decisions to resolve them and advice was always on hand when requested (and not pushed). Thank you to the team at Bray - Lukas, Tom, Troy, Matt, Emily and all of the others involved to get it done ahead of schedule!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Bray Construction. Lukas and the team, led by Troy, did an amazing job on our major renovation. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. We really appreciated how they stepped in to fill the gaps left by our design team and came up with great practical solutions along the way. The whole process felt smooth and supported, and the end result has exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our renovated home and would recommend Bray Construction without hesitation!

Bray Constructions built our new house in Hampton after successfully completing 2 renovations over 20 years. Bray is the only builder we contacted when we were building our dream house. From the start to finish the entire team are professional with great communication. Our new house was delivered early and on budget, with no surprises. We have recommended Bray to friends and family who have all had the same experience.

We engaged Bray Constructions to restore and extend our Spanish mission character home in Elsternwick. The project also involved a modern extension with a second storey, and external landscaping. Lukas Bray and his team provided us with a superior level of service throughout the entire duration of the project. We found Lukas Bray to be professional, pleasant, and genuine in his overall demeanour. All forms of verbal and written communication were carried out in a timely and straightforward manner. The contract estimate was indicative of actual cost, with any additional fees incurred a result of our modifications/ additions to the project. During the construction process the team were considerate of our welfare and the security of our home. They were punctual, maintained a clean worksite, and acted in a respectful manner towards each other as well as our family. Our home was completed on time and to an impeccable standard. We are delighted with the result. Since completion, the high level of service has been maintained, with any defect query or request for contractor information provided in a timely manner. We look forward to working with Lukas and his team on several other upcoming projects. Nadine and Nicholas Gold

Jill & I recently returned to Melbourne and purchased a Villa in East Brighton that required significant renovation. After a chance introduction to Nev Bray, we soon met Lukas and Donna and into the planning stage we went. After some back and forward we finalised the plans, had the works costed, entered into a Contract and away we went. We were introduced to Tarquin and Cody and we were into the Construction phase. The Job came out “on time”, “on budget” and the quality of the renovation met our high standards and expectations. We are very happy with the outcome and would certainly highly recommend the Team at Bray Constructions… ***** - a Five Star Job from a Five Star Team…

Lukas, Brendon and Team Bray managed our build from concept to construction. The whole experience was exceptionally managed and allowed my wife and I to enjoy the process - all during a pandemic and with a new bubba. Their team were personable, professional and facilitated “the uninitiated” easy access to renovating a home that was deliver on time and budget. We’ve been in for a few months now and the quality of build commented on by friends and family now they can come through. Lukas, Brendon, Cody, Donna and Team, thank you. Thank you for making this easy! Chris

Lucas and his team did an amazing job transforming our house. It was a big job and they delivered it early and on budget. My father and my mate are both builders and both were impressed with the quality of the finish and the craftsmanship. More importantly Lucas and our site supervisor Brett were a pleasure to deal with. They genuinely care about what they were doing and often had ways to subtly improve on the architect's plan - things that make a big difference now we live in it. I would recommend Bray to anyone.

We really can’t recommend Bray Constructions enough. We have recently completed an extension with Bray Construction. We have a brick Californian Bungalow in McKinnon which we wanted to extend in a sympathetic manner to match the front of the house. Bray provided us with a "one stop" seamless solution and managed the drafting, council permits and build. We really wanted to partner with a builder who was going to manage our project with integrity and honesty. We also wanted a high quality build which would endure the years and our family life (as we have two small children). It was the care factor and attention to detail that made Bray different. Their project managers were also great communicators, so we found this reduced the stress of building. We are so happy with the finished product.
