This began as a standard 4 bedroom, 2 storey volume-built home in the southeast suburb of Waterways. Our in-house design team set to work with our clients, a young family, to plan an extension and transform this standard home into a large luxury home with all the space to live and grow in comfort and style.
The extended area included an internal garage and showroom, home office, wine cellar, laundry, theatre, family room, and a second kitchen and dining area with open fire, teppanyaki grill and pizza oven, along with two new bathrooms and a dressing room.
The balance of the home was completely renewed and transformed, including new double glazed windows and doors throughout, a new kitchen, butlers’ kitchen, mud room and in ground pool, along with a full solar installation and 20,000 litre water storage.
This home is the complete package and provides everything a young family needs now and into the future.
