We start with a conversation about what you are planning, what you need from the home, and where the project is up to. We talk through your goals, timing, budget, site and any plans or ideas you already have. This helps us understand the project properly before advice, design or pricing begins.
Design Concepts
The next step is to turn the early ideas into a clear direction for the home. Our team can help with design concepts, layout options and practical suggestions based on the way you want to live. If you already have an architect or designer, we can work with them and help move the project towards a buildable outcome.
Budget & Estimate
Once the concept is clearer, we prepare budget guidance so you can understand the likely cost of the work. This helps you make decisions with the right information before the project moves further. The aim is to keep the scope, budget and expectations aligned from the beginning.
Documentation Package
Before construction starts, the project needs proper documentation. This can include drawings, specifications, consultant reports, permits and contract details. We work through these items carefully so the scope is clear, the approvals are in place and the build can begin properly.
Start Building
Once approvals are secured and the contract is signed, we move into construction. Our team manages the site, trades, timing and quality of the work. We keep you updated through the build and let you know what needs to be decided along the way.
